Could not recommend enough. Relatively big project as part of a total house rebuild, including full control4 installation, Lutron lighting, WIFI / Cat6 in all rooms and in-ceiling music in all rooms. AVA Concept walked us through all the options from the beginning of the build and tailored the project to suit our needs and budget. The costing was clearly outlined and there was no unpleasant surprises nor changing of the agreed charges at a later date. They were accommodating around using some of the hardware I already had and were honest in advising me away from certain tech I initially wanted to use. During the project they worked effortlessly with the Project manager of the overall site build and we encountered no issues around communications at all. Since the project finished they have been extremely responsive in supporting the installation, quickly answering any questions I might have. They have also extended some of the installation as per my requirements. Charges have been reasonable and workmanship of a high standard. They have gone out of their way to try and solve any issues working with other contractors when Heating / Plumbing is involved. I have no reservations recommending AVA CONCEPT for any similar project, big or small.

We’ve worked with AVA since 2016 on 2 projects. The first one involved taking over from the previous AV company who went bust halfway through the job. This meant that Marcin had to really get to grips with what had already been installed and then complete the job whilst also making alternative recommendations. At all times he was clear, very reliable and was extremely patient and helpful. The subsequent job was more straightforward because he was responsible from the start and so had much more control because the equipment was all his installation. Even so, AV being what it is the devil is in the detail and Marcin was very diligent and really listened to our requirements. He recommended the best TVs for us as well as how best to use Control 4.He made sure he or someone from his team was there each time one of the external engineers needed to come eg SKY and BT so that we weren’t waiting for equipment to be integrated. He also installed a comprehensive CCTV system. Over the last 10 years or so we’ve used several AV specialists most of whom have been competent however AVA are the best we’ve used and we won’t hesitate to use them again because Marcin takes great care and does a good job. His aftercare service is very good too and he’s very responsive to texts and emails if there’s a problem. With technology moving so quickly it’s really important to work with people who have a very good grasp of the detail and take a thoughtful approach as to how best to get a seamless service. We are happy to highly recommend AVA Concept.

Installation of a full sound and entertainment system for a summer house (internal and external) including: hi spec televisions, speakers and other associated materials. The work was first class: high quality and cost effective. Would thoroughly recommend.

Martin and his team have done a great job setting up and maintaining the AV systems throughout our house including Sonos, SkyTV, WiFi, and CCTV. He was a good listener and easy to work with during the planning phase and worked well with our builder to make sure all the wiring and sockets were right. Upon completion, he did a great job of teaching us the system and ensuring it was all running smoothly. Recently he was back to help us upgrade the CCTV and make system updates. He is friendly and easy to work with.

AVA is very dependable, honest, and has great insight on new technology for the home. We have been using AVA for over 5 years now for our several home projects (cctv, home music system, home entertainment system, Sonos, etc.). Highly recommend.
